Managementul Publicatiilor Culturale

 

  Acest program a urmarit imbunatatirea managementului presei culturale in vederea cresterii viabilitatii sale economice prin atragerea de sponsorizari si dezvoltarea departamentelor de vanzari de publicitate.

  In acest sens s-a organizat o serie de cursuri de marketing, difuzare si vanzari de publicitate, sustinute de manageri de presa cu o larga experienta, care au beneficiat de programele Freedom House anterioare  in Romania si Statele Unite. La aceste cursuri au participat echipe manageriale din 15 publicatii culturale pentru doua domenii principale: marketing/vanzare de publicitate si productie/distributie. In plus, s-a realizat pentru fiecare publicatie participanta cate un press kit destinat promovarii publicatiei in vederea vanzarii de publicitate.
