Doi judecatori de la Curtea de Apel Balti din Republica Moldova se afla intr-o vizita de lucru la Curtea de Apel Targu Mures pentru un schimb de experienta cu colegii judecatori de la aceasta instanta.

Gheorghe Scutelnic, presedinte Curtea de Apel Balti, a declarat: „Sunt aceleasi probleme cu volumul, sarcinc care ii revine unui judecator, suntem in aceasi situatia in privinta finantarii si salarizarea judecatorilor.”

Horatius Dumbrava, presedintele Curtii de Apel Targu Mures, a confirmat: „Totul merge prost din punctul de vedere al finantarii. Avem aceleasi probleme, supranincarcarea cu dosare, la fel. Incercam sa gasim solutii comune mai ales ca legaturile noastre sunt foarte stranse datorita multor romani care acum sunt din Republica Moldova.”
